Diamond Properties is seeking new property acquisitions. Our primary focus is to acquire well located, quality construction Office Buildings. Since Diamond Properties is a streamlined, self-funded private real estate investment group, we do not require approvals from boards, committees, or outside investors. We have the ability to quickly perform due diligence and close under tight timing requirements.
We look for the following fundamentals in the properties we seek to acquire:
- Properties will be acquired with a focus on geography and location within the sub-market or community
- Properties will be acquired in which the income potential can be realized within 5 years
- Properties will be acquired that are well constructed, but may require cosmetic renovation and operational improvements
- Properties will be acquired that are fully leased but with near-term roll-over risk or have a higher vacancy rate relative to the area market
- Properties will be acquired for new development of strategically located office, R&D, retail, or residential projects
We are focused on acquiring quality Office Buildings located in:
- San Francisco
- San Mateo County/Peninsula
- Silicon Valley
- Oakland
