Atherton Square is a two-building, 50,000 square foot, Class A office complex located at 3301 & 3351 El Camino Real, in Atherton, California.
The complex is located on a full city block along El Camino Real, the main thoroughfare through the Peninsula and Silicon Valley. Atherton is one of the most affluent communities in the country, and Atherton Square is the only office project in the town of Atherton. It truly boasts a 'one of a kind' location!
Atherton Square is located within two miles of both the Stanford University Medical Center and Sequoia Hospital. The complex is zoned for Medical Use and has a strong appeal to doctors and dentists due to the location, building quality, small suite sizes, ease of access, and identity in Atherton along El Camino Real. Clinics in the building include the Gardner Packard Pediatric Center, the California Advanced Imaging MRI Center, Stanford Hospital's Clinics, Plastic Surgery, Endoscopy, Urology, Allergy, Physical Therapy, Vascular Laser Treatment, Cosmetic Laser Treatment, MRI Testing, and Dental Practices.
The center was designed by acclaimed Bay Area architect Goodwin B. Steinberg and features modern architectural design in a park-like setting. Upon acquiring the buildings from separate owners in early 2007, Diamond Properties invested approximately $1 million towards a complete property renovation. The brand new lobbies, common areas, and exterior architectural enhancements were designed by Krong Design.
