The company began in 1974 as owners and developers of apartment communities in the San Francisco Bay Area, Las Vegas, and Scottsdale. We expanded and added a division that did high end home development in the SF Bay Area and Hawaii in the 80's and 90's.
Since 2004 we have executed over $300 million of purchase and sale transactions. We have completed projects ranging from repositioning office buildings, lease-up of vacant buildings, working with large corporate office users to meet their real estate growth needs, conversion of rental apartments to for-sale condominiums, and residential entitlement and development.
We take a hands-on approach with our properties. Our principals - Steve Diamond and Andrew Diamond - have extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, acquiring, developing, re-developing, entitling, managing, leasing and selling commercial real estate. We also operate a fully-integrated management company, with in-house property management and a construction division specializing in building rehabilitation and tenant improvements.
